Cajl of JBMM.fr has got the Archos 101 Internet Tablet to test, he broadcasted a live video chat about the device on Ustream.

That is an ARM 7 Processor running AT 800MHZ…should be ARM 8 at 1 ghz

Archos is having many problems with the distribution of their new tablets, even if they already enable the online purchase of the Archos 101 Internet Tablet model through their webpage. Initially they have postpone the shipment of the devices 15 days, now they have increased the waiting time to 1 month … I think that it is not serious to buy a product that you cannot deliver to the customer. It is a pitty for the image that Archos is providing … which is not serious at all. It seems that their policy is like “we first take your money and then we will check if we can provide you the product, but do not worry we will deliver it in the near future … when? when we can.” As I said, a pitty …
